BlogWire, LLC requires same-day payments for all press release distributions, and payment prior to publication for any and all gift guides, Twitter parties, or associated promotions. Payment is accepted online through our virtual terminal, or by phone at 561-247-3224.
BlogWire may, at its discretion, invoice high-volume clients directly for payment through the establishment of a business account. A credit card authorization is required for invoicing, and this card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days of invoice receipt.
All payments for invoiced services will be applied in a first in, first out manner, with payment applied to the oldest outstanding balance first.
Refund Policy:
Since BlogWire, LLC is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for orders that have been successfully distributed via our four channel outreach approach (distribution of release via website, email newsletter, Twitter and Facebook) within a reasonable time period of 30 calendar days from receipt of order.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to our services.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:
- Non-distribution: If an announcement is NOT released at all – on our website, in our email newsletters, via Facebook or via Twitter, BlogWire will issue a refund of the full amount paid for the distribution.
- Partial Distribution: If an announcement is only partially distributed – via less than the four channels outlined on our site, including website placement, inclusion in a weekly newsletter, distribution via Twitter and distribution via Twitter, BlogWire will issue a partial refund for the services that were not performed.
Please note that we do not guarantee minimum placements, and, as with other newswire distribution services, charge a fee based on the actual distribution of a press announcement, rather than its pickup by third parties. We take no responsibility for copy on our member websites, and we provide our bloggers with no compensation for their work.
